Why it is one integration

Connect once, reach every system

A list of logos only tells you what is possible. What matters is what you have to build, and what you never have to build again.

One integration instead of many

Connect once to Maesn and reach every supported system through the same REST API. Adding the next system is a configuration step, not another integration project.

One normalised data model

Invoices, contacts, ledgers and payments come back in one shared schema, with ISO country codes, currencies and dates, whichever system they came from.

Depth per system, not just endpoints

Maesn covers the depth of each system: more use cases, more data points and more objects than a shallow in-house integration reaches.

Certified and compliant by default

Built and hosted in Germany, ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, with API calls processed in real time and no customer data stored.

Official partnerDATEV

Every ERP and accounting system models the same business objects differently. An invoice in DATEV is not shaped like an invoice in Fortnox, dates and currencies follow different conventions and some systems will not return a complete object from a single endpoint at all. Maesn resolves that in one place: the common data model normalises field names, types, formats and object relationships, so your code reads the same invoice shape whichever system it came from.

The parts of an integration that usually cost the most time are unified too. Authentication is abstracted across API keys, OAuth, database credentials and two-factor flows, including multi-company interactive auth where one customer manages many entities. Change notifications arrive through one event model, even for systems that offer no webhooks of their own. You implement each of these once, not once per system.

Don't see the system you need?

Maesn prioritises new systems by customer demand. Tell us which one your customers run.

Request a system
Build versus buy

The second integration is where in-house stops scaling

The first integration is usually the one a team underestimates least. It is the second, fifth and twelfth that reshape the roadmap. Each system brings its own authentication, its own pagination and filtering rules, its own error semantics and its own release cycle, and each one keeps needing attention long after it ships. Maintenance does not scale with your team, it scales with the number of systems your customers run.

Connecting through the Unified API moves that work off your roadmap. Breaking changes in an underlying system are absorbed on Maesn's side, new systems arrive on the interface you already built against and the depth per system stays Maesn's responsibility rather than a backlog item. What that coverage costs is set out on the pricing page.

That is also what makes integration coverage a sales asset instead of a support cost. A prospect asking whether you support their ERP is asking a commercial question. With one connection behind you, the answer covers 30+ systems rather than the one you happened to build first.

We are European

Every integration runs on European infrastructure.

Maesn is built and hosted in Germany. API calls are processed in real time and passed between your system and the target platform without storing customer data, and the platform is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. For customers in regulated industries that is usually what turns an integration question into a procurement approval.

Integrations FAQ

ERP and accounting API questions

How many ERP and accounting systems does Maesn support?

30+ systems are live today, with more in progress and new systems added continuously. Because every system sits behind the same REST API and the same data model, systems added after you integrate are available to you without extra work on your side.

Which countries does Maesn cover?

Coverage is strongest across DACH, Benelux, France, Spain, the Nordics and the UK, reaches Italy and Poland through weclapp, and reaches North America and Australia through Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks and Sage Accounting. Dynamics 365 Business Central and odoo are used globally. Use the country filter in the directory to see the exact list for a market.

How do I check whether a system is available in my customer's country?

Filter the directory by country. Every card also shows the markets that system serves, so you can see at a glance that customers in the Netherlands run Exact Online, Moneybird, SnelStart or Twinfield, for example, while customers in Sweden run Fortnox.

What if the system we need is not listed?

Tell us which one. Maesn prioritises new systems by customer demand and several are already in progress, so a system that is not listed yet is a roadmap question rather than a no.

Is Maesn an official DATEV partner?

Yes. Maesn is an official DATEV Interface Partner, in German offizieller DATEV Schnittstellenanbieter, and the only Unified API that holds the status. It covers both DATEV Unternehmen Online and DATEV Rechnungswesen, including DATEV sandboxes for development, so you work against a REST API instead of DATEV's own formats.

How long does it take to go live with a system?

A few days to a few weeks depending on your use case. The work is one-time: once you have built against the Maesn API, the next system is a configuration step rather than a new integration project.

What happens when one of the underlying APIs changes?

Maesn absorbs the change. Because you build against Maesn's data model and not each system's native API, upstream changes to field names, formats or endpoints are handled on Maesn's side and your integration keeps receiving the same normalised data.

Can the integration run under our own brand?

Yes. The app listing and the connect flow run under your brand, with the authentication flow embedded in your own UI, so it reads as a direct integration to your customer.
