Subprocessors

Maesn engages carefully selected third-party sub-processors to support the delivery, security and reliability of its unified API platform and related services. These sub-processors may provide infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, customer support, and operational services necessary to operate Maesn’s platform. All sub-processors are contractually bound to comply with Maesn’s data protection, confidentiality and security requirements and are assessed to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Maesn remains fully responsible for the protection of Customer Data and maintains oversight of all processing activities performed by its sub-processors.

For the processing of data on behalf of the Controller, the Processor uses the services of Third Parties who process data on behalf of the Processor ("subprocessors").
