How does the pricing work?

We charge a flat fee per connected customer, not per API call. The per-customer fee decreases as you scale, so your unit costs shrink as you grow. We put together a concrete quote based on the number of customer connections you expect and the features you need.

Can I get a price estimate upfront?

Pricing depends on the number of customer connections you expect and the features you need, for example real-time sync or sandbox access. After a short scoping call we give you a concrete quote.

Can I test Maesn for free?

Yes. We offer a proof-of-concept phase with sandbox access where you connect your first customers or test instances, run your end-to-end use case and get support over Slack or Teams. You validate everything before making a commercial decision.

How does onboarding work?

You get integration-specific guides, a dedicated Slack channel and a kickoff call. You start in the sandbox, test everything, then move to production. Enterprise plans add white-glove onboarding, including calls with your own customers.

Do you charge for inactive integrations?

No. The per-customer fee is calculated monthly. If a customer deactivates their integration, you stop paying for that connection.

Do you charge per API call or data volume?

No. We charge a flat fee per connected customer, not per API call or data volume. You can make as many API calls as you need.
