All sub-processors are contractually bound to comply with Maesn’s data protection, confidentiality and security requirements and are assessed to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Maesn remains fully responsible for the protection of Customer Data and maintains oversight of all processing activities performed by its sub-processors.
For the processing of data on behalf of theController, the Processor uses the services of Third Parties who process dataon behalf of the Processor ("subprocessors").
